I am amazed how overlooked the real necessity for closets, shelving and storage spaces are in many building projects.
For years now we have been offering our clients a list of customized suggestions in how to maximize the storage and organizing space in their particular project since the early stages in the construction process, this away we can lay out the spaces taking in consideration futures organizing and storage needs.
In this particular project our customers chosen to have a simple but functional master bedroom custom closet design that included two banks of drawers.

As a Carpenter, Builder and Renovator when it comes to floors, I always put extra care in this particular part of any project, small or big.
In my opinion floors can make or break any project and overlooking this important step may not only spoil the look and take from the beauty of the space but also be the cause of all sorts of problems.
My experience tells me to be very careful from the time we make the material selection, through every step of the floor preparation, the installation process itself and nevertheless the care and preservation of the floor once installed while we still finish other stages of the construction.
We take extreme measures to ensure the new floor protection and all our trades and employees know these procedures by heart.

Crown molding is a nice touch to any room or space and in my opinion an investment  well justified for all building and renovations projects where design and beauty is part of the final vision.

In the kitchen we dropped the crown 3 inches from the ceiling to be able to run strip lighting in behind the crown and create another lighting choice that shine against the ceiling

At the foyer entrance we decided to dress the walls with a paint grade wainscoting and some moulding panels.
We took advantage of the raised panel moldings details on the ceiling to hide an access panel to the plumbing
